Japan export of new vehicles in fiscal 2007 totaled 6,769,815 units, up 10.4 percent from fiscal year 2006. To all regions except North America, Japanese automakers expanded their exports in fiscal 2007.
Middle East (up 43.1 percent) and Asia (up 28.6 percent) were the fastest growing markets for Japanese exports in the year.
